21 Days for dispatch
We pride ourselves on producing quality products. 0ur lead time for all orders is 21 days for dispatch . However we do sometimes have scope in our diary to fit a last minute order in. Therefore if you are in a desperate need of something in a hurry please contact us before ordering and we will try our best squeeze you in! Thank you.

Your items will be securely packaged and posted to you by signed for tracked mail.
Returns
Policy

In the event of any faulty or damaged items, we ask that you contact us straight away so we can resolve any issues
you may have. We therefore ask that you check all your items upon arrival to you as returns will not be exchanged
after 7 days from receipt of delivery.

Cancellations
​
Cancellations made within 14 days of order being placed will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after 14 days of order being placed will incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations made after 21 days of order being placed will incur a 30% fee.
